📌 WHAT IS THIS BLOG ABOUT?

Sri Lanka is one of the world's top biodiversity hotspots  – home to more than 800 plant species that are found nowhere else on Earth. But due to deforestation, climate change, and urbanization, many of these precious plants are disappearing silently.

📢 WHY ENDEMIC PLANTS MATTER

"Each plant is a part of our heritage, identity, and future."

Endemic plants play a crucial role in our ecosystems. They support wildlife, prevent soil erosion, and even have traditional medicinal value. Losing them would mean losing a part of our natural identity.
